Do you want to brighten up your office with stylish plants and matching pots, but want to avoid high initial costs? Then renting or leasing office plants is the ideal solution. With this service, you enjoy a green, fresh work environment without having to invest upfront. Wherever your company is located, Amsterdam, Utrecht, or elsewhere in the Netherlands, we’ll take care of everything for you.
Why choose to lease or rent office plants?
When leasing or renting office plants, you pay a fixed amount per month or quarter. In return, you get not only beautiful plants and pots, but also a complete maintenance service. This includes watering, pruning, fertilizing and—if necessary—replacing plants free of charge. This way, you always have a well-kept green office without having to worry about it yourself.
The benefits of leasing or renting plants
- No large investment required
- Free replacement of plants if necessary
- Always healthy and well-cared-for plants thanks to professional maintenance
- A fixed, clear monthly fee
- Affordable green interior design, even with a small budget
How does it work?
The process is simple and completely without obligation:
- On-site assessment: we’ll drop by to look at your space and discuss your wishes.
- Custom green plan: based on the assessment, we’ll create a tailor-made green plan with suitable plants, pots, and placement.
- Installation: After approval, we place all plants and pots in the agreed locations.
- Periodic maintenance: Our specialists visit regularly for professional maintenance, so your plants always look fresh and healthy.
Who is renting or leasing suitable for?
- Startups and growing companies that want to spread their budget
- Companies with a new office where greenery wasn’t budgeted for
- Temporary office spaces or flexible workspaces
- Restaurants and hotels that want to green up their guest areas without a large expense
What is the difference between renting and leasing?
Although the terms are often used interchangeably, there is a difference:
Leasing is an agreement for a longer period (usually 3 to 5 years). You pay a fixed monthly fee that includes everything: plants, pots, maintenance, and replacement. At the end of the contract, you can renew, take over the plants, or have them picked up.
Renting offers more flexibility and is suitable for shorter periods. Think of temporary office spaces, events, or seasonal decor.
With both options, you don’t have to make a large upfront investment and maintenance is fully included.
Have you recently invested in a new office interior, but the greenery was forgotten or not budgeted for? Then renting or leasing plants is a smart and affordable addition.
